CASHBACK CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS

March 15 – April 15, 2021

This Regulation is approved by the Organizer in order to organize the campaign, thus offering the participants the possibility to win cash back under the conditions provided by the regulation described below.

1. Notions
Organizer – CBT company CRICOVA-VIN SA
Campaign – This campaign is organized for advertising purposes. This campaign is organized for all CRICOVA customers. The campaign does not provide for any participation fee and takes place between March 15 and April 15, 2021, in accordance with this Regulation.
Participant – natural person, CRICOVA client.

General terms and description of the contest

2.1.To participate in the campaign the participant must be of legal age, minimum age 18.

2.2 To participate in the campaigns Participants must purchase / pay for a trip to the CRICOVA cellars and receive 100% cashback in the form of a voucher that can be used to purchase wines from the CRICOVA specialty store in Cricova, Chisinau Street 124.
2.3. The voucher is offered in the amount of the cost of the trip except for the Social package. Tastings and meals are not included in the campaigns.
2.4. The voucher can be used immediately or within a few hours in the CRICOVA specialized store located in the CRICOVA cellars, Cricova town, 124 Chisinau street.
2.5. The voucher is only valid on the day the trip is paid and cannot be transferred for another day.

2.6 The voucher is used only to purchase CRICOVA wines from the CRICOVA specialized store in the city of Cricova, Chisinau Street124, its value in money is not offered.

Campaign period

3.1 The campaign runs from March 15 to April 15, 2021.
Other conditions valid for Participants

4.1. The purchase of wine based on the voucher must be equal to or greater than the value of the voucher.

4.2. If the value is higher, the difference is paid in cash or by card at home.

4.3. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the voucher, the difference cannot be refunded.
Expressing the agreement to participate in the campaign and accepting the conditions of participation

5.1. Participation in this campaign implies acceptance of these Regulations and granting the Organizer the right to process the data required in the campaign.

5.2. The client’s participation in this campaign tacitly presupposes his information about all the rules of the campaign, publicly announced by the Organizer.
