On August 22nd, under the summer sky and in the spectacular atmosphere of the Cricova Tourist Complex, we invite you to an experience where gastronomy and wine meet in perfect harmony.

Created in collaboration with Chef Oxana Crețu, Chef Dorin Grati and the team of the “Regatul Vinului” restaurant, this exclusive gastronomic dinner will turn an ordinary evening into a journey of flavors, inspired by the refinement of the world’s great culinary experiences.

The evening’s special guest, Chef Oxana Crețu, is one of the most celebrated names in contemporary gastronomy, originally from the Republic of Moldova. Now based in Bordeaux, France, she runs the restaurant Inima, featured in the prestigious Michelin Guide, and is known for the creativity, sensitivity and distinct identity she brings to every dish.

Cooking alongside her will be Chef Dorin Grati, head chef of the “Regatul Vinului” restaurant, who honed his culinary craft in prestigious restaurants abroad, including kitchens recognized by the Michelin Guide. The experience gained at Europe’s great culinary schools is reflected today in his refined style, impeccable technique and close attention to every detail.

The evening’s menu will feature five signature dishes, created specially for this event and paired with premium Cricova wines, selected and presented by the winery’s sommelier, Vadim Mînzatu:

• Amuses-bouches – five gastronomic surprises to open the evening
• Asparagus, smoked sturgeon and sabayon
• Sea bass, crayfish and lemon balm cream
• Perch, olives and citrus-leaf sauce
• Quail, cherries and gnocchi with summer truffles
• Red berries, Crisecco caramel and orchid sorbet

Each dish was created to highlight the wine that accompanies it, so every pairing will tell a story of balance, character and emotion, giving guests the opportunity to discover gastronomy and wine from a new perspective.

Beyond the gastronomic experience itself, guests will enjoy special tastings offered by the event’s partners, carefully chosen artistic moments, and surprises prepared to complete the evening’s atmosphere. Everything will take place outdoors, on the open terrace of the Cricova Tourist Complex, in an elegant and relaxed setting, where the sunset, live music, exceptional wines and lovely conversation will turn every moment into an unforgettable memory.
