A sparkling wine with a fine and elegant structure, produced from selected grapes of the local variety "Alb de Oniţcani", in accordance with the classic French technology, by secondary fermentation in glass, with subsequent maturation vats. This sparkling wine has a pale yellow color, a complex taste and a tasty acidity.
